I have a theory about the song and music video of The Handler.
When I first watched the video I saw it was kinda obvious for me what Matt is singing about. There is a supposed project that they say is a successor of MK Ultra, it’s called Project Monarch.
Why do I think the song has to do with this project? The Monarch programming uses Disney movies in their methods, including Pinocchio and Alice in Wonderland.
